Get to know us

Personal Home Service was created to meet the needs we experienced while working with foreign clients.
People of different nationalities who buy a home on the Costa del Sol and feel lost when dealing with Spanish paperwork, getting appointments, finding quotes, or locating trusted professionals.

Concerns arise when they have to return to their home country for a few months or want to travel:
Will someone occupy my property while I am away?
What if my neighbor has a leak? What if it rains heavily and I left a window open? What if the community needs to carry out work inside or around my apartment? A thousand questions, doubts and worries.

This was the reason why we decided to create Personal Home Service.

Regina: Expert in Tourism and Customer Service

I was born in the Netherlands, but the Costa del Sol became my home. From a young age I dreamed of working with people from different cultures, and my Tourism studies gave me the tools to do so, using my languages to connect with each person.

My career led me to work in luxury hotels in different countries, where I enjoyed taking care of every detail for the guests. Later, in Spain, I worked at Málaga Airport and finally in the administration of large residential communities, managing complex situations and solving problems for owners of different nationalities. Each experience taught me the importance of organization, empathy, and personalized attention.

Today, together with Yolanda at Personal Home Service, I can combine everything I’ve learned—languages, international experience, and a passion for management—to make people’s lives easier and support them day to day with warmth and dedication.

Yolanda: Human Management and Administration

I have always felt that administration and management are my way of taking care of others. Organizing, anticipating needs, and making sure everything runs smoothly makes me feel useful and connected to people.

After studying Administration, I had the opportunity to help manage a family hospitality business. It was a very special time, during which I learned from my grandfather the value of hard work, honesty, and a job well done. Those principles still guide every step I take.

Throughout my professional life, I have worked in business administration across different sectors, such as advertising and construction. That diversity has taught me to listen and to find solutions with empathy and precision.
Now, Personal Home Service gives me the opportunity to dedicate myself to what I truly love: helping, managing, and making people’s day-to-day lives easier.
