Home Check & Key Holding
Distance shouldn’t be a concern. Our periodic inspection service ensures your property remains in perfect condition—safe, aired, and ready for your return.
What does it consist of?
Security inspection:
Verification of alarms, door locks, windows, and shutters.
Technical control:
Checking lights, electrical panel, toilet flushing, and tap opening.
Environmental health:
Ventilation of all rooms to prevent humidity and condensation. Active detection of leaks or pests.
Management:
Mailbox collection and key holding (delivery to family or friends upon request).
Peace of mind:
You will receive a detailed report with photos after each visit. In addition, we provide property access for deliveries and external services included in your plan.

Cleaning & Preparation
Forget about arriving and having to clean. We prepare your home so your holiday begins from the very first minute.
What does it consist of?
We carry out a thorough cleaning of the home, including Windows/ glass curtains, bathrooms, kitchen and floors, so that you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We include washing of bed linen and towels, ensuring that they are clean and soft upon your arrival. We make the beds, upon request, so that all you have to worry about is enjoying yourself.
